Send Email to Your Representative and Senators : "After two yrs. of investagating 'tribal' owned casino's, the out come I have found is: Investers and the tribal council are the ONLY ones that make out financially, (money does not trickle down to tribe), this is why the investers go looking/hunting for these unsuspecting tribes, (investers get 'free' non-taxable profit and only have to share w/small (tribal council) group, the term is also known as, Reservation shopping, and these predator's aka, investor's, have to be stopped."
